Mahama to promote health tourism

In relation to these, Former President John Mahama who is contesting this year’s presidential election in Ghana on the ticket of the National Democratic Congress has announced plans to promote health tourism in Ghana as part of efforts to boost the country’s healthcare sector and attract more foreign visitors.
Mahama has stated that Ghana has the potential to become a hub for medical tourism in Africa due to its well-trained healthcare professionals and modern medical facilities.
