Breaking Free from NPP’s Grip: Ejura/Sekyedumase Stands Firm with NDC- Samira Bawumia should note
Ahmed M. Gedel Writes:
Samira Bawumia’s recent visit to Ejura/Sekyedumase has left many questioning her sincerity. With the community firmly behind Bawa, the incumbent parliamentary member and NDC candidate, her call to action urging voters to break free from the NDC’s grip for development falls flat.
The people are wise to her tactics, recognizing the Bawumia-led NPP government’s abysmal performance.Ghana’s economic fundamentals have continued to deteriorate under the NPP’s watch, with rising inflation, a plummeting cedi, and sluggish job creation.
The Fulani communities in Ejura Sekyedumase deserve answers, not empty rhetoric. What tangible infrastructure projects have been completed? How has the NPP improved healthcare and education? What economic empowerment programs have been implemented?
Instead of hollow appeals, Samira should provide evidence of the NPP’s accomplishments. The people of Ejura won’t be swayed by empty promises; they demand substance. After eight years in power, it’s time for the NPP to show its achievements, not make desperate attempts to cling to power.
