An Appeal and Endorsement to the Leadership of the National Democratic Congress (NDC)
Subject: Collective Endorsement of Muhammed Bashiru Nii Narh Alema Dowuona for Municipal Chief Executive (MCE)
We, the Concerned Traditional Leaders of Korle Klottey, come together in unity and purpose to endorse and appeal to the National Executive Committee, the Greater Accra Regional Leadership, and all decision-making bodies within the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to appoint Mr. Muhammed Bashiru Nii Narh Alema Dowuona as the next Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of the Korle Klottey Municipal Assembly.

A True Son of the Land and a Committed Party Loyalist
As traditional leaders and guardians of the Korle Klottey heritage, we have observed Mr. Dowuona’s lifelong dedication to our people and the NDC. He has served with humility, passion, and strength—from his role as a polling agent trainer in 1992 to his impactful tenure as Constituency Chairman, and more recently, as a key figure in the NDC’s 2020 electoral victory in the constituency.

Mr. Dowuona’s ability to mobilize at the grassroots level, mediate internal party conflicts, and support community progress has earned him the trust of elders, youth, and opinion leaders alike.

Competence Backed by Character and Education
Mr. Dowuona is more than a political figure—he is a qualified and capable administrator. His academic achievements include:

A Master’s Degree in Logistics Management from Coventry University (UK)

A Postgraduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship from the University of Cape Coast

An HND in Management and Secretaryship from Accra Polytechnic

These qualifications equip him with the necessary tools to lead the Korle Klottey Municipal Assembly with vision, discipline, and professionalism.

Our United Appeal to the Party Leadership
We, the traditional leaders of Korle Klottey, firmly believe that Hon. Bashiru Nii Narh Alema Dowuona is the right choice to lead the municipality into a new era of inclusive growth, development, and unity. His respect for traditional authority, his integrity, and his proven record of service make him the most suitable candidate for this vital role.
