It must be made very clear that, it is only a fool who sets his own questions and goes ahead to answer them and claiming to be correct. It has been said time and time again that, the NDC’s going to the supreme court, was and still is not about collation or collated figures.
It was to challenge and critically scrutinize jean Mensah and her EC to their own declared figures that couldn’t tally, and had to be changed over and over again for about five (5) consecutive times on a constitutionally mandated verdict supposed to be declared only once.
Everywhere in the world where Democracy is practiced properly, election results as mandated by any electoral commissioner, shall and must be declared only once.
So where declaration is done not only once but more than once, violates the electoral act and can never be said to be fair or credible.
Declaration of electoral results can never be based on try and error. It is about getting the right figures, as collated and transmitted and declaring same as the sovereign will of the people.
Certainly results that was declared, changed the following day because the declared figures were not tallying, and continued to be changed over and over again, erasing and republishing different figures upon different figures, because declared figures couldn’t just tally.
Such results can never be accurate and same can’t be said by any right thinking person around any corner of the world after being charged 5 or 6 consecutive times to be credible.
Get that fact straight into the heads of akufo addo, jean Mensah, her electoral commission, the Predetermined justices of the supreme court and all members of the npp.
The nonsense as always fabricated and thrown out by members of the npp Communication team, must cease forthwith once and for all.
