It is unacceptable and regrettable to me as an individual and as a Ghanaian to sit aloof, and watch the downward trend Akufo Addo and his woefully failed NPP government are taking the nation and our economy to.
By this do we have to accept Akufo Addo even as he reject our advise to stop using the luxury chartered flights while we have a fully functional presidential flight in place for use?
Do we have to accept Akufo Addo while he reject us as a people and rejecting our advise to him to drop the e-levy to ease the massive hardship and suffering of the ordinary Ghanaian people?
While things are realistically getting ROUGHER and TOUGHER, he has completely disowned Ghanaians and doing as he pleases with our taxes as if Governance is now a family business where voices don’t matter at all?
Yet after refusing all advises from those who placed him at the Jubillee house including parliament of Ghana, we still have people supporting this hopelessness?
Does Akufo Addo now think that he GOT TO THE JUBILLEE HOUSE THROUGH THE BARREL OF THE GUN AS OPPOSED TO BEING ELECTED?
While university lecturers are agitating for their conditions of service and NOT in the lecture halls, we have a president who still don’t see the need to cut down on luxury and to settle the aggrieved lecturers to return to their lecture rooms to teach?
This president still flies Ghc80,000 per hour flight while the presidential flight is functioning and doing nothing and when people express their disappointment in Akufo Addo, he either sends police, National security or Azugu boys to arrest, intimidate and to unleash fear in them to accept the UNACCEPTABLE?
It is about time we Ghanaians stayed away from hypocrisy, rise above fear of intimidation and bite the bullet to force Akufo Addo and NPP to listen to the people of this country for the betterment of our nation and fledging Democracy.
