ECG urges Clou meter users to stock up on credit ahead of server maintenance. The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has announced a three-day emergency maintenance on its Clou Prepayment Server. The maintenance is scheduled from Friday, September 27, at 11 pm to Sunday, September 29, at 11pm.
In a statement, ECG advised customers in areas including Afienya, Nungua, Tema North, Tema South, Ablekuma, Bortianor, Korle-Bu, Nsawam, Ashaiman, Amasaman, Kaneshie, and Dansoman to purchase sufficient credit to last through the maintenance period. “ECG regrets the inconvenience that will arise due to this exercise,” the statement added.
